    Kristina Leonardi is a speaker, coach and author who provides a framework for individuals to make the most of their personal and professional lives, allowing them to recognize, connect to, and fulfill their role in the world at large.

     

    With a holistic and personal growth-oriented approach, she has helped hundreds of people from every background over the past two decades improve their job performance, enter or re-enter the job force, excel in or change careers, better manage their time and stress, and live happier, more meaningful lives with clarity, balance and direction.

    Speaker, Coach, Nonprofit Founder

    Known for her dynamic, inspiring, and down-to-earth unique yet practicalperspectives on the topics of career development, work/life wellness and personal growth, she has presented to organizations such as LinkedIn, LVMH, UBS, Saatchi & Saatchi, HR Association of NY, Ogilvy, Center for Court Innovation, American Women’s Business Association, the Junior League and New York’s Science, Industry & Business Library.

     

    Kristina has been a holistic career coach and personal growth expert in private practice for over 16 years, and

    also offers coaching in affiliation with The Muse, GoCoach/SkillCycle, Working Mother Media/Seramount and

    New York Women in Communications.

     

    She is founder of The Women's Mosaic (TWM), a nonprofit organization that produced over 100 diverse, empowering multicultural events over 10 years for more than 5000 women of every background to connect to themselves each other and the world around them.

    In addition to writing her popular PGG Personal Growth Gab newsletters for over 2000 subscribers since 2010,

    Kristina is the author of Personal Growth Gab (PGG), Volume One: Thought-provoking, inspirational and

    entertaining essays to keep you connected with yourself and make sense of this journey called Life, a beautifully designed and practically organized compilation of 131 essays that both stimulate and address the questions of who we are, where we are going and how we can get there. 

     

    In 2022 she published Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul - a bold, powerful pocket-sized book for when you need a boost of positivity and confidence.

    More About Kristina:

    Kristina holds a B.A in International Relations from Boston University and has taught extensively for New York University’s Center for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and Center for Career, Education and Life Planning for 19 years, spanning both their undergraduate degree and adult education certificate programs.

     

    Prior to founding The Women's Mosaic and her speaking/coaching career, Kristina was Vice President of Sales for two printing and corporate gift firms and was Director of Passenger Services for an educational travel company arranging tours for Harvard, Yale, Smithsonian, and the American Museum of Natural History.

     

    Kristina was listed as one of Hispanic Magazines Top Latinas of 2004, received Tango Diva’s 2007 Diva Visionary Award (see below) and was honored by the WNBA’s NY Liberty as part of their 2009 Inspiring Women Night (see below). Interviewed as one of the 'inspiring women and peacebuilders around the world' she can also be heard as part of Peace x Peace Voice x Voice archives and has also been featured in Forbes.com, Inc. Magazine, Psychology Today and The Huffington Post.
